A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have the right to cancel their contract under the following terms. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only need to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for testing their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
Exclusion or Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which an individual choice or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging parts. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
